Why do I take progress Photos?
While taking my day 3 progress photos of the #75Hard. I noticed some changes in my shoulders and I took another picture. Call me vain, but that made me feel proud and that the grinding is so worth it. those days I don’t want to do the work I just look back at how my body has changed. That right there, makes it all worth it. you know those meatheads at the gym strutting in front of the mirrors, and we all think “Wow vain mutch”. I finally know why they do it. To be honest, if I walk past a mirror and something new catches my eye I just have to take a double look and obviously, my kids and husband need to know. but the biggest reason is THE PICTURE SHOWS ME THINGS A SCALE CAN NOT !!!!!
