Because I used to be that person who would commit to a workout or routine and just over time dreaded it and then started to use every excuse not to go until it all eventually faded away. It became one of those daily chores I had to do and I certainly did not have any fun. It wasn’t until I realized that I had to find a program I loved and that doesn’t necessarily mean what is trending.
We started focusing on ways to make exercise fun and exhilarating, and at the same time empowering our clients, we found a weird new way of working out that is unconventional, and most people don’t even know about it. Together with the training from a USA based Airforce veteran, we are launching a badass 8-week program. That will not only make you feel powerful and in control, but is super easy and anyone can accomplish The 8-week goals set out for them.
Personally I wanted to do this program Not because I wanted to join the military but I wanted to prove to myself that I am strong enough, and to prepare me for the rest of my journey to come.

From Zero To Air Force Fit
We have learned from a USA Air Force Veteran how to get you physically fit and ready for basic training.
We have learned to:
– Prepare yourself and giving you everything you need to accomplish numerous amounts of push-ups and sit-ups and to run for 30 to 40 minutes at a time.
-All the foundation you’ll need to succeed and not have a grueling suckfest for your entire Air Force BMT experience.
Now we bring it to the general public.
We have taken this knowledge and combined it with nutrition, and developed the 8-week BBT course
