Does it ever feel like working out is a chore instead of an adventure?
The reality is, if you find the right workout for you, then it feels exhilarating and exciting and you actually want to show up!
How do I know? Because I used to be that person who would commit to a workout or routine and just over time dreaded it and then started to use every excuse not to go until it all eventually faded away. It became one of those daily chores I had to do and I certainly did not have any fun. It wasn’t until I realized that I had to find a program I loved and that doesn’t necessarily mean what is trending.
We started focusing on ways to make exercise fun and exhilarating, and at the same time empowering our clients, we found a weird new way of working out that is unconventional, and most people don’t even know about it. Together with the training from a USA based Airforce veteran, we are launching a badass 8-week program. That will not only make you feel powerful and in control, but is super easy and anyone can accomplish The 8-week goals set out for them.
Personally I wanted to do this program Not because I wanted to join the military but I wanted to prove to myself that I am strong enough.
